DataShield Systems builds backup and restore software for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID. Microsoft and Google keep their services online, but under the shared responsibility model, protecting the mail, files and settings inside your tenant is your job. Accidental deletion, a departing employee, a ransomware sync to OneDrive or a misconfigured retention policy can all remove data that the provider will not bring back.
We serve organizations from 10 to several thousand seats, and the managed service providers who look after their IT. Our customers are usually IT leads who need a separate, immutable copy of their data and a restore they can run in minutes without opening a ticket.

Restores are the product
A backup only matters when you get data back. We measure ourselves on how fast a deleted email, file or Teams channel is back where it belongs.

Your data stays yours
Backups are encrypted with AES-256 and stored in US regions. You can export everything at any time, and cancelled accounts are deleted after a 30-day export window.

Pricing you can predict
One price per protected user per month, with unlimited backup storage and no egress or restore fees. Shared and resource mailboxes are not billed.

Support requests are handled by people who work on the backup platform, by email, with clear response times for each plan.
